We know this old British colony for its skyscrapers which extend as far as the eye can see from Victoria Peak or the 5 connected buildings of Quarry Bay which form what we now call the " Monster Building ". Images taken from these places shaped a first glimpse of Hong Kong on social networks but, fortunately, this independent territory isn't just a succession of buildings. From the island of Hong Kong to Lantau via Kowloon, here are my top of the best activities that I was able to do in 1 week there.

Victoria Peak
Unmissable during a stay in Hong Kong, Victoria Peak is the place which allows you to observe the buildings which accumulate one after the other and are lost in the distance in the middle of the mountains. A contrast between city life and nature which offers beautiful viewpoints for photography lovers. Although this activity is very touristy, I don't think it's overrated. I think you just need to prepare your visit well and for that, I detail my experience and my advice in the article dedicated to Victoria Peak » HERE «
